What happens after I make a reservation?

Once a secure form is submitted to reserve a tour/excursion with (R.C.T), you’ll receive notification advising your reservation has been received and your tour confirmation ticket automatically processed.
Your confirmation ticket will have all of your tour meeting locations as well as specific payment information, you must follow the instructions provided on the confirmation to meet our guides for your reserved tour.
Your confirmation ticket will include local contact information from Roatan Custom Tours.
You must print or save your reservation on your phone/table and present your confirmation ticket to our guides upon arrival to Roatan, along with any balance owed for your tour.
In cases you do not have access to printer you may present this information from your divice. It is imperative you have your confirmation in hand.

How far in advance should I book my tour/excursion?

Because many tours have limited spaces we encourage you to book as soon as possible, many tours will sell out weeks and months in advance, especially during the tourist season of the year.
Many return clients book up to a year in advance. By reserving their tour in advance they not only guarantee their spaces, but also to lock in “today’s pricing” for their future tour.

Can I book your tours through my cruise line?

Our private and personalized tours cannot be booked through your cruise line and can only be booked through our official site, TripAdvisor or Facebook, it doesn’t matter if you do that once you already on board or last minute if you have an internet service.

Is there a risk of missing my ship by not booking through my cruise line?

Though your cruise line may advise that you assume that risk, you’ll not miss your ship by booking independent Roatan local tour operators, since 2010 we have never had a client miss a ship.
We have measures in place to ensure that could never happen, we take great care and careful to ensure all tours we secure for you will work safely within your port time, we’ll have you safely back with long time before your ship departure.

How will I find your guides upon arrival to Roatan?

Again, this process is easily to understanding, your specific and detailed instructions are included with your confirmation ticket that is emailed to you after you make a secure reservation. You must have this information with you upon arrival into Roatan.

What if my cruise ship changes its arrival date during my cruise?

In the rare event that your cruise ship itinerary changes during your cruise we’ll changes your tour schedule to your new arrival date.
We kindly ask that you contact us from your ship, all cruise line have internet available, as do the ports you visit, should not be difficult to connect and we appreciate a quick email to keep us informed of any changes that may affect your reserved tour.

How can I contact you if I need help after my booking?

We generally available 7 days a week, 365 days a year from 7am to 5pm and beyond. If we’re busy or unavailable, you can leave a message and we’ll get back to you shortly.
Alternatively, please email us and count on a prompt response to any specific question or concerns you may have.

Are gratuities included in the tour price?

We’ll provide a single soft drink per passenger, water, soda or maybe a coconut water.
Tips and other gratuities are not included in tour pricing, tipping your guides is at your discretion and greatly appreciated, as a guide guests generally 10% to 30% of the tour price and above is suggested for good, and exceptional service.

Cancellation

• We only guarantee a full refund of your tour deposit if your ship cannot make it into the port of Roatan Honduras.
• We’re flexible, if you change your plans, please let us know few days ahead of your arrival, we can make your change without any charge.

US Dollar (USD) is widely accepted around the Bay Islands.
